National Technical Honor Society

• Current BACC students may consider applying for membership in the Spring.

• Senior applications are due in March.

• Senior induction will be held at the Senior Recognition Ceremony

• Junior applications are due in May.

Home School Requirements:

• 3.0 or better accumulative GPA

BACC Requirements:

• 3.5 GPA or Better

• Youth Club Member

• No more than four(4) unexcused absences per semester at the BACC.
  NOTE:  Three (3) tardies = one absence

Additional Requirements

• Three hours of community service performed OUTSIDE school hours.

• The community service verification sheet must be signed by the student’s program manager and submitted to the NTHS committee with application. Community service hours submitted for NHS or other organizations are allowed to be submitted for NTHS consideration.

• The student must be in good standing at the BACC and their home school. (no serious disciplinary referrals at either school)

• There is no public evidence to suggest that the potential member has failed to uphold or exemplify the seven attributes of the National Technical Honor Society.

• The student’s program manager must recommend the student for membership.
