Nayeli DelaPaz Arroyo

Nayeli DelaPaz Arroyo is the Branch Area Careers Center On the Job Training Senior of the Year. Nayeli is a Bronson High School senior who has been attending the BACC Business Management, Marketing and Technology and OJT program for the past two years. She is an active member in the Career and Technical Student Organization Business Professionals of America (BPA). She also qualified for the BPA State competition as a junior in the Personal Finance competition. Her senior year she continued to excel in Personal Finance placing 1st at BPA Locals, 3rd in BPA Regionals and qualifying again for the BPA State Leadership Conference in March. Unfortunately, the event was cancelled.  Nayeli was also named OJT Student of the 3rd Marking Period. She is also a member of the BACC’s National Technical Honor Society. Nayeli spent her senior year as an OJT Teller at Century Bank and Trust in Bronson. She received high reviews from her employer all year. After graduating High School, Nayeli plans to attend Kellogg Community College and pursue a degree in Marketing.

Rachel Hard, On the Job Training Instructor selected Nayeli for her top academic performance and her excellent work ethic. Nayeli is such an asset to the Bronson Century Bank team because of her attention to detail, bi-lingual skills, and her ability to create great customer rapport. Nayeli is always a professional on the job and in the classroom. She is an excellent example of a student who applies the skills from the classroom to a successful career in business.
