His favorite part about the position is working with the customers and his co-workers. He is responsible for customer service, making and rolling dough, cutting vegetables, preparing salads, assembling and baking pizzas, distributing customer orders, and completing all sanitation and re-stocking chores.
At the BACC, Michael is certified in Serve Safe Manager, Allergens and Food Handlers. At Waldron High School, he is a member of the FFA. His future plans are to attend the Culinary Institute of America. His eventual plans are to secure a good paying job in the back of the house at a great restaurant. In his spare time, Michael enjoys cooking, drawing and playing basketball with his brothers. Michael is the son of Nicola and Edwin Bailey.
