Destinee’ Depaz-Gardner is a senior at Bronson Jr/Sr High School and enrolled in Business, Management & Marketing Technologies Program at the BACC. Her OJT placement is at Coldwater Little Caesar’s as a crew member under the supervision of Debra Smith.
Destinee’ believes her OJT training has taught her how to interact with people and has improved her customer service skills. Her favorite part about the position is checking the statistics each day to see how many customer orders are filled, analyze how much product is sold compared to last year, and the store’s overall sales. She is responsible for answering phones and taking orders, excellent customer service, distributing orders, filling the landing area and completing all sanitation and re-stocking chores.
Her future plans are to attend Monroe Community College and pursue a business degree. She is unsure of her ultimate career goal, but she knows she enjoys business. At the BACC, Destinee’ is a member of Business Professionals of America and competed at BPA Locals and Regionals last year in Spreadsheet Applications and Business Law and Ethics. She hopes to repeat that success this year. In her spare time, Destinee’ enjoys spending time with family and friends and working. Destinee’s parents are Teresa Depaz and Jose Depaz.
