Head Start

The Lakeland Correctional Facility gardening program donated 15 boxes of The Wee Be Little pumpkins to the Branch ISD Early Education Program.  The Wee Be Little pumpkins were then delivered out to all of the Head Start and Great Start Readiness programs throughout the county.

The Branch Intermediate School District- Early Education was awarded $5,000 total for their cultural awareness program through the Forever Fund, Rice Family for Understanding Fund, and the Early Childhood Investment Fund.

Students in Early Education classrooms eat healthy snacks everyday, sometimes they even get to assemble them their way!
