Caleb Deller

Caleb Deller is a senior at Coldwater High School and enrolled in Business, Management & Marketing Technologies Program at the BACC.  His OJT placement is a Server and Host at Wings Etc. of Coldwater under the supervision of Emily Thompson.

Caleb believes his OJT training has helped him improve his people skills and therefore his customer service.  His favorite part about his position is meeting new people. He is responsible for greeting customers and seating them while performing host duties. As server, he is responsible for taking orders while serving customers food and beverages. Caleb’s OJT experience has made him consider a career in customer service.

Caleb is unsure of his plans after graduation.  At Coldwater High School, Caleb is a member of the Cardinal Marching Band. At the Branch Area Careers Center, Caleb is a member of Business Professionals of America (BPA). Last year, he competed in BPA’s Small Business Management Team and Video Production Team. In his spare time, Caleb enjoys spending time with his friends and playing video games. Caleb’s parents are Lizzie and Randy Pollman.
