Aiden Rzepka is a senior from Coldwater High School and attends the Branch Area Careers Center’s Business Management, Marketing & Technology program.  He is a Marketing, Sales and Parts Assistant as part of the On-The-Job-Training program with VIP Auto Body & Collision under the supervision of Scott and Carson Elkins.  Aiden’s job duties include listing vehicles for sale, prepping vehicles for sale, managing parts inventory, and social media marketing.

He says his OJT job has really helped him by teaching him how to communicate with customers, giving him real world business experience and teamwork skills.  His favorite part of the job is customer service and learning the details of running a successful business.   Aiden is a member of the Varsity Basketball and Fishing team at Coldwater High School. He is also involved in the LINKS program.  At the BACC, he is a member of Business Professionals of America and he competed in Small Business Management as well as Job Interview.

Following graduation, Aiden plans to pursue a Business Management degree. He also wants to pursue getting his real estate license. His ultimate plan is to operate his own real estate company in the southern US. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, working out at the gym, researching the stock market, and spending time with family and friends.  Aiden is the son of Steven and Tammy Rzepka.
