Wyatt Force is a senior from Coldwater High School and attends the Branch Area Careers Center’s Welding Engineering Technology program. His On-The-Job-Training placement is with Arctech Precision Welding under the supervision of Jeremy Mault. Wyatt’s job duties include welding, cutting, fabricating, CAD programming, CNC machining, critical thinking and problem solving. He says his OJT job has really helped him manage many things including school course work, BACC course work, extra-curricular act ivies, and his OJT job. Wyatt’s favorite part of the job includes gaining valuable work experience and education while still being in high school. Wyatt plans to further his education in welding and eventually have his own fabrication shop.
At the Branch Area Careers Center, he is a member of Skills USA and the National Technical Honor Society. He serves as Welding class Skills USA President and in competition last year, he placed first at Skills USA Locals, Regionals, and Allegan competition. He qualified for the State competition in March but it was unfortunately cancelled. At Coldwater High School, he is a member of the Varsity Football team. In his spare time, Wyatt enjoys listening to music, being with friends and family and learning new things. Wyatt is the son of Adam Force and Keri Force.
