OT/Placement Coordinator

The BACC offers a number of placement opportunities for students. Each is designed to assist students in making informed career decisions.

  • 1-2 Days
  • Non-paid
  • Must be during school time
  • Mostly un-paid
  • 3-18 days in length – 45 total hours per work site
  • Student must attend BACC program 1 day per week
  • Must be during school time
  • Work site must have Worker’s Compensation Insurance
  • Be at least 16 years old at the time of employment.
  • Must have completed 3-9 week sessions in technical course.
  • Be available to work a minimum of 15 hours a week.
  • Be willing to work weekdays, holidays, and / or during school vacations.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Must have regular and prompt attendance at school and work.
  • Demonstrate aptitude and interest in a specific occupational area.
  • Must have parent/ guardian consent.
  • Attend related class once each week.
  • Must attend OJT Banquet in May.
