STATEMENT OF SPECIAL EDUCATION PHILOSOPHY

 

We believe that the school, working cooperatively and continuously with the home and community, is entrusted with the responsibility for the growth of every student.  Together we must work to educate students to their fullest potential and develop in each student a personal feeling of well-being and self worth.

We believe the purpose of our special education program is to recognize each student as a unique individual.  Through our individualized transition services, it is our goal that each student can evolve into a well-adjusted, contributing member of society.
