OJT Banquet 2017

2017 Outstanding Seniors

The Branch Area Careers Center recently celebrated its 59th annual OJT and Senior Recognition Banquet.  The annual dinner highlights the On-the-Job Training (OJT) students and their employers, as well as the Seniors of the Year from each of the 15 daytime programs at the BACC.  This partnership with business and industry and BACC staff help make the Branch Area Careers Center one of the leading schools in Career and Technical Education in the state of Michigan and we are very grateful for that partnership.

Current OJT students serve as hosts for the evening and introduce the special speakers and give out the employer awards.  Students take the opportunity to honor the employers and businesses that continually support the students at the BACC.

The accomplishments and achievements of each student chosen as the Outstanding Senior of the Year were also detailed as they were awarded their certificate.  Many local school officials were present for the dinner and program.  Branch ISD school board members and superintendent were also in attendance.
